People can be very visual creatures, meaning that a listing presentation filled primarily with statistics or data comparables can be a little dry and boring.
You can improve your presentations as well as your chances of securing listings by adding interesting and intuitive content from RP Data Mapping to drive home your message.
Preparing a map is simple:
- Once you’ve brought up the target property in RP Professional, select the RP MAP icon in the bottom right hand corner.
- Zoom the resulting map in or out to optimise the displayed label sizes.
- Select “labels” from the menu bar and choose “Sales Details” to add the last sale price to all the properties in view.
- Select the print icon in the menu bar and you have a great addition to your presentation!
The map will show the position of the vendor’s property and comparable sales of the surrounding properties, as well as land size and boundary line measurements.
If you want to brighten up your presentation even more, select “themes” to add colour to the sales being displayed in the map. You can also display other properties that are currently on the market as an additional comparison.
